OKR

OKR
Objectives and Key Results.

OKR sets out objectives and key results:

Objectives sets out actions that need to be done - not results. Objectives should be quantative, so measurable and achievable. They should also have an explicit or implied time frame, and clear responsibility for who or which group owns the objective.

Key Results sets out what are the desired outcomes from achieving the objective. The key results answer the question of how do you know if you have met the objective. Each objective may have any number of key results.
