Custom Weights File (or Custom Weighting File).

Also known as a Custom Weight List (CWL).

In the context of Microsoft Exchange (2003 or later) it refers to the file MSExchange.UceContentFilter.xml which contains custom weightings for words and phrases used by Microsoft Exchange as part of the procedure for assigning a spam confidence level (SCL) to incoming emails.
