1. ZoneAlarm MailSafe file. It is a .eml (email) file that ZoneAlarm has flagged as a possible threat and changed the file extension from .eml to .zmc.

ZonaAlarm MailSafe renames the file extension because that way it can flag it as quarantined without having to move it to a separate "quarantine" folder. It also ensures that the file cannot be executed accidentally.

To open try renaming the .zmc file to .eml.
