.gi: Global Image file. A .gi file is a DVD/CD image file that uses a proprietary format not supported by most CD/DVD applications.
A .gi file can be produced (or opened by) "Sonic RecordNow", "Sonic RecordNow Plus" or "Roxio Digital Media".
