Rating system:	When reviewed, every site appeared to have a five star rating. This may be simply to encourage sites to link back to the sharetool web site (i.e. "put our award logo on your site and link back to us") and it is unclear whether this gives any indication of product quality.
Accepts PAD files:	? Technically it does accept PAD files, but this facility didn't seem to work when tested.
Gives download figures:
No link back needed:	Software authors do not need to provide a link back to the site from their own web site.
