Conducts own review:	The website indicates that some products are reviewed, but clearly the majority are not.

Provides user feedback:	Users can rate a product 1 to 5 (poor through to excellent) and can leave pros and cons for each software package. However, this was not working when reviewed (February 2011).
Rating system:	based on user or editor ratings - where these are available.
Accepts PAD files:	Although the submission page states that all submissions are human edited which takes time and effort so the estimated time for inclusion is 2 to 6 months. (Accurate February 2011.)

No link back needed:	Software authors do not need to provide a link back to the site from their own web site.
