How does this differ from Favourites

Favourites allows you to bookmark sites and then return your (current) browser window to any of those book-marked sites at a later time. This works on the current browser window only and is fine if you prefer to use a single browser window. Many home pages offers a similar functionality except that it allows you to return to more than one site - opening a separate browser window for each one.
