WSP

1. Web Site Publisher. Abbreviated name for the popular freeware intelligent website FTP up-loader utility, which publishes (i.e. copies) websites from a local PC to a remote FTP server. It is intelligent in so far as it only copies files that need to be copied. It is generally regarded as one of the fastest means of publishing a website available.
