Whilst the definition of Red, Amber, Green will vary according to the nature of a project, the following is provided as a guide:
Red Critical. A problem or issue which needs attention. Amber Warning or non-critical problem. May need attention, or needs attention but not (yet) urgent. Green Okay. No attention needed.
