LocalServer32
The Windows registry key ‘HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{16-byte ID}\LocalServer32’ holds the full path to the COM executable.

However, the LocalServer32 default value is not used if LocalServer32 value is specified. The LocalServer32 value if present is a pointer to an installation manifest, rather than a pointer to an executable.
