1. Latex class file. File contains information for converting the logical structure and mark-up to physical typesetting.

2. VB 6 class file. File contains the source file definition of a VB 6 class (possibly also used by VB 4 and VB 5).

3. GSEA Phenotype data format file. GSEA stands for Gene Set Enrichment Analysis. The Phenotype .cls data format files are either Categorial or Continuous data format files.
