.chr

1. Charset file. This is a plain ASCII text file containing a list of characters.

Charset files are typically used by applications that use a brute force attach method to break a password, the charset file is used to define which letters can be used as part of the password.

2. Constraint Handling Rules file. A file used by ECLiPSe that can be compiled into a .pl file.
