.bmc
1. Bitmap Cache file, used by Windows Terminal Server Client.
cache22.bmc
Windows Terminal Server Client uses a file called "cache22.bmc" This file is the terminal server client bitmap cache file. It is normally located under Application Data\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Cache.

This file contains a cache of frequently used images. This avoids the need for the Remote Desktop Client (RDP client) to pull down the image each time it is required. This can improve performance, especially over slow connections.

If deleted Terminal Services (RDP client) will recreate it on demand. The RDP client can be configured to disable "Bitmap caching", in which case the file will not be generated.

2. Embroidery file. Possibly a type of image file.
