1. ACwin project file.

ACwin also uses the file types .sbl and .srl.

2. GNU Autoconf configuration script. This is an input file for autoconf. Autoconfig scripts are typically named "configure.ac".

Older versions of GNU Autoconf used "configure.in" instead of "configure.ac" (cf .in).
