Virtual Machine undo disk.

A .vud file is a virtual machine undo-disk. This file exists only if an "undo disk" is enabled i the XP mode settings for the virtual PC.

A .vud file is most likely to be found in the folder %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Virtual PC\Virtual Machines.
