Visual Studio Source Control Solution Metadata file.

Each .vssscc file is used by Visual Studio to store meta data associated with source control. The file is used to keep track of which files in a project are not stored in source control and information about nested projects. The .vssscc file is itself normally under source control.

The contents of the .vssscc file can be viewed using notepad, but it is not recommended that these files be edited directly as changes to source control integration should be made via Visual Studio.

Each .vssscc file is normally associated with a single .vsscc file.
