Screaming Frog SEO Spider is a desktop tool which can crawl a website, extracting information which may be useful for SEO purposes. The premium version allows the results of the crawl to be saved to a .seospider file, allowing them be be reloaded later instead of starting a website crawl from scratch.

The file is in a proprietary format.
