.idx file extension

1. Microsoft Visual FoxPro index file.

FoxPro database (data) files will normally have a .dbf file extension.

2. c-tree plus database index file.

The data files will normally have a .dat file extension.

Can you add to this? Do you know of any applications not already listed which will work with .idx files, view .idx files or open .idx files?
