DHCD Computing application settings or data file.

The .DHCD File Extension is used by DHCD Computing to store valuable Application Settings/Data and User Data for their Applications. These files are encrypted using Private Keys that are not released to the Public.

DHCD Computing are planning to release a small package (DHCD Computing File Sniffer) that will be a free download from their website and which will also be packaged with all their future software packages that the .DHCD file extension will be mapped to. When opening a .DHCD file with this software it will reveal whether it is a genuine DHCD Computing file and what application uses it. It may also reveal other key information if present in the file.

A .dhcd file is not be editable with any program other than through the dedicated DHCP applications. Tampering with the file may lead to application problems.

The primary application associated with .dhcd files is HDCD Computing File Sniffer.
