.bdp: 1. Bad mail pointer file. A .bdp file is a binary file that contains diagnostic information and which points to the location of a .eml or .bad file.
If the .bdp file is located in a folder called "Badmail" then see .bad for further information.; 2. Combat Flight Simulator 3 file. A .bdp file contains a quick reference to the content and properties of the aircraft, weapon, gun and other files used in the game. It is part of the anti-cheat mechanism to ensure that details shared with other online players are consistent. When Combat Flight Simulator 3 starts it will create .bdp files automatically unless they already exist.
