There are two kinds of .axd file used by ASP.NET:
ScriptResource.axd
This contains the clientside JavaScript routines for AJAX.WebResource.axd
This receives assembly resources and serves them to the web browser.

- 2. Actrix technical 2000 file.
Actrix Technical 2000 was a product for developing technical drawings. Actrix Technical 2000 was published by Autodesk (http://autodesk.com). It was available for Windows 95, 98, ME, NT and 2000, as well as for the Max and *nix. It appears to now be an obsolete or superseded product.
