Amiga Disk File.

A .adf file is an Amiga disk (image) file. A .adf file holds an image of a disk, holding a track by track dump of the raw disk data as read by the Amiga operating system.

Since Amigas are obsolete, a .adf file is most likely to be used by an Amiga emulator.
