Web Site Publisher

FAQ: Can I use Web Site Publisher to public a website created using Microsoft Publisher?

Web Site Publisher can be used to publish any website where the files locally need to be copied up to the server, this therefore includes websites that use html, asp, php, perl etc. Some desktop publishing utilities (such as Microsoft Publisher) can be used to create pages for the web. If these can be saved as html then Web Site Publisher can be used. If these cannot be saved as html files then Web Site Publisher is not suitable.

There are a number of web creation tools which (like Microsoft Publisher) save a website in a proprietary format. These include Microsoft Publisher, BlueVoda and there may be others. Where the website is stored in a proprietary format you are obliged to use the publishing tools built into the authoring tool (i.e. Microsoft Publisher, BlueVoda etc).

So, sadly no.
