Microsoft Exchange 5.5

I occasionally need to troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange 5.5. The following are notes I have made as I've gone along while working on specific problems or issues:

Unable to deliver the message due to a communications failure
Vmimb.exe POP3 connector at 100% CPU and no incoming emails
