Useful extra tools
If you are working with TFS and or TFS/MS-Build then the following add-on tools offer extra functionality:
- Team Foundation Sidekicks
- Provides convenient views of information from TFS.
- Team Foundation Server Power Tools (2012)
- Provides enhancements and command line utilities that extend
the functionality of TFS. This includes for example the ability
to clone build projects.
Be aware that there are different versions of these power tools for each version of Visual Studio. The link provided is for for Visual Studio 2012.
These notes are believed to be correct for Visual Studio 2012 connecting to Team Foundation Server 2012, on Windows 2012, and may apply to other versions as well.
